You can read, chat, or just lie there. Tell staff immediately about any dizziness — it’s common, harmless, and handled in minutes.
350 ml is drawn if you weigh 45–55 kg; 450 ml if you’re heavier. Your body replaces the plasma within 24–48 hours; cells take a few weeks — which is why the interval rule exists.
When the bag is full, the needle comes out, pressure and a bandage go on, and you move to the refreshment area for 10–15 minutes. Done.
