Data Deletion Policy

Deleting your account

From your donor profile, one tap: Delete my account (you confirm once). This is immediate and permanent: your session ends, your phone number and optional email are erased from our records, and your donor row is marked deleted.

What is removed immediately

• Phone number (encrypted copy destroyed) and optional email
• Your name and login sessions
• Your presence in all matching

What is retained, anonymized

Aggregate statistics (e.g. total donors by district) cannot be traced back to you. Audit records of your past actions are kept in anonymized form for accountability, without personal identifiers.
