Every donor starts at level one automatically. Level two uses the identity document you upload at registration, a driving licence or blood-group card, reviewed by a human. Nothing is published, ever.
Phone verified
Automatic, you proved the number with OTP at registration. This is the entry level.
Profile verified
Your identity document (licence or blood-group card) has been reviewed by a human, and a coordinator has spoken with you. Raises requesters' confidence in matches.
Donation verified
A real donation recorded, self-reported or confirmed by a centre/coordinator. The strongest signal on the register.
Partner verified
Vouched for by a partner organisation (college, NGO, employer) that runs blood drives with us.
Why levels, not badges
Verification exists for one reason: when a patient posts an emergency at 2 am, the people we alert must actually be reachable and eligible. A phone-verified donor who reconfirms regularly is already useful; a donor whose last three donations are on record is gold. None of this is public: the register page explains what others can and cannot see, and the rules we follow are in the donor consent policy.
