We are not a blood bank. We connect people who need blood with people who can give it.

How to organise a blood donation camp in Assam

For colleges, clubs, companies and community groups — the practical steps to run a camp with a licensed centre.

The model that works: your organisation brings people; a licensed blood centre brings the medical team, equipment and cold chain. Nobody else can collect blood.

Steps:

  1. Pick a partner centre — your district’s civil hospital or medical college blood centre. (Find yours)
  2. Pick a date — avoid exam seasons and festival lulls; 80–150 expected participants makes a camp worthwhile
  3. Plan the venue — 2–3 rooms: registration, screening (private), donation couches + a refreshment corner
  4. Publicise for two weeks — posters, class/office announcements, WhatsApp groups
  5. Recruit first-time donors hard — a camp that only attracts veteran donors doesn’t grow the state’s pool
  6. After the camp — publish the honest numbers (registered, donated, deferred). We’ll list your camp free and report results on our camps page.

What we provide: free listing, registration links, and donor-register sign-ups routed to the partner centre. Talk to us →
