Submit a request on our register, a coordinator verifies by phone, then matching voluntary donors near the hospital are alerted until someone accepts. Submit → 4. Parallel channels: family/social groups, replacement donors are still the majority in Assam; every route matters in an emergency. 5. Donations happen only at licensed centres. Never meet a “donor” outside a hospital system; never pay anyone for blood, it’s illegal and unsafe. We are not a blood bank.
